Maria Weidner was born on October 24, 1924 in Timisoara, Romania, and grew up in the region of the Danube River valley, known as the Banat. Her ancestors, relatives, and friends were all part of the German-speaking Donauschwaben community. She peacefully entered into eternal rest on February 3, 2015 in Anaheim, California.
Maria is survived by her devoted husband of 66 years, John; sons Joe (Debra) and John (Christine); grandsons Michael and Jeffrey; and many relatives and friends.
A visitation will be held on Monday, February 16, 2015 at 12pm at Eternal Hills Mortuary followed by a funeral service at 1pm at Eternal Hills Mortuary Chapel In Oceanside, California.
Maria Weidner's final resting place will be Eternal Hills Memorial Park in Oceanside, California.
