She is survived by her son, Phillip Diaz, daughter Mary Ellen Tessicini, son, Henry (Sharon) Diaz Jr., son, Frank Diaz, granddaughter, Ashley Jaques, relatives, and friends.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, September 10, 2015 from 11:00am - 1:30pm at Eternal Hills Mortuary in Oceanside, California.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, September 10, 2015 at 2:00pm at Eternal Hills Memorial Park in Oceanside, California.
Ms. Diaz's final resting place will be Eternal Hills Memorial Park in Oceanside, California.
