She is survived by her husband, Mario Mejia, family, relatives, and friends.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at 9:00am followed by a funeral mass at 10:00am at St. Mary, Star of the Sea Catholic Church.
Minerva's final resting place will be Eternal Hills Memorial Park in Oceanside, California.
Arrangements are under the direction of Eternal Hills Memorial Park, Mortuary, and Crematory, Oceanside, California.
