Mitch, you were one funny guy. I didn't think anyone could be more laid back than me, you proved me wrong. We worked together for over a decade, and you could always be counted on to make me smile. Until we meet again my friend...

Mitch was awesome in playing Santa Claus handing out holiday cookies to the staff of Casa de las Campanas who had to ride shuttles from remote parking lots due to construction. He was always 100% all in to do whatever was needed! His colleagues at Casa will miss him immensely.

There’s so many wonderful things that can be said about Mitch. Most generous, kind, laid back, Elvis loving, poker playing, family oriented, never raised his voice kinda guy. He was always so welcoming and soft spoken.

We will definitely miss his presence at family bbq’s and being at the head of the poker table.

But we’ll have the fun memories and always remember what a special person he was and the impact he made on all of us.

Brenda, kids and family - you know we will be here for you in the trying days ahead, so don’t hesitate to lean on us. Remember that you’re not alone and are loved immensely.

So Sad to hear....I served with Mitch in the Marines when we were both with 1st Battalion 9th Marines "The Walking Dead". His nickname in our unit was Rocky and he was a Good Marine. He also grew up in the same hometown as me. His Father was the Football Coach for our High School the Robstown CottonPickers and even though he played for the Seattle Seahawks he was a Dallas Cowboys fan so we had a lot in common.

Rest Easy Brother your job here is done....Semper Fi
