Oscar Heart Barrios

Oscar H. Barrios was born on March 10, 1931, in Colombia, to Oscar Barrios II and Elia Marina Smith. At 6 months old, his family relocated to Panama, where he lived until 1978, when he decided to move to the United States. In Panama, Oscar met Margarita Vargas, and the two married in 1961. They divorced for a few years, and remarried. For 22 years, he worked for Hunter's.

Oscar leaves to cherish memories of him, his wife, Margarita "Maggie", Five children, his sister, Nelda Zula, grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and many more family members, and friends.

A viewing will be held on Monday, April 9, 2018, from 5:00 - 9:00 pm, at Eternal Hills Memorial Chapel. A mass will be held in his honor, Tuesday, April 10, 2018, at 1:30pm at Mission San Luis Rey, with a committal service to follow at Eternal Hills Memorial Park.
