

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Patrick M. Vance, who departed this life on May 9, 2025, at the age of 68. Born on December 24, 1956, in Victorville, California, Patrick was a devoted husband, loving father, cherished son, and loyal friend—known for his quiet strength, generous heart, and the genuine kindness he extended to all.
Patrick dedicated his professional life to the Decorative Plumbing and Hardware Industry, where he built a respected and meaningful career as an entrepreneur and brand ambassador. He embraced every opportunity to travel—whether for work or leisure, bringing with him a sense of curiosity, warmth, and joy in connecting with others wherever he went.
Among his greatest passions was fishing, a pastime he enjoyed deeply. Whether with lifelong friends or newfound companions, Patrick treasured the peace of the water and the companionship it brought. His love for fishing reflected his patient, grounded nature and his appreciation for life’s quiet, beautiful moments.
Patrick had an open heart and a generous spirit. He was always there for others, never hesitating to help a stranger, offer a kind word, or lend a hand when it was needed most. His presence was a source of strength and comfort to those who knew him.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Carole D. Vance; his dear mother, Lucette Vance; his son, Troy Jones; his stepdaughter, Christine Jones; and his adored grandchildren: Brendon Jones, Bailey Jones, and Great Grandson Oliver Jones. He also leaves behind his nieces, Jenifer Vance and Jessica Verheyrn; and his cousins: Leonora and Jimmie Tarantino, Dennis and Jacque Vance, Sheri Sherman, and Paul and Victoria Vance. Each of these relationships was deeply meaningful to Patrick, and he held his family close in his heart and thoughts constantly.
A service to honor and celebrate Patrick’s life will be held on Monday, June 9th at 1:00 PM at Eternal Hills Memorial Park, located at 1999 S El Camino Real, Oceanside, CA 92054.
Patrick’s life was marked by compassion, humility, and a quiet grace that will be missed by all who knew him. His legacy will live on in the hearts he touched. May he rest in eternal peace.
