I was so sad to learn of Pinky's passing. Not only did he have a wonderful sense of humor, but his sincerity and compassion made him a real mensch.

I really can't describe how much I respected and cared for Paulie.  The fact that I got to breathe the same air (Helium) as him means I am better for having  known him.  Thanks to his family for sharing him with us.

Howard and I will truly miss 'Tall Paul' as we called him. We really loved that guy!!!    We first met him 33 years ago.  We visited his wholesale balloon and helium store in Phoenix.  He was very kind and taught us lots in order to get started in the balloon delivery business.  He was so funny and had us laughing everytime we visited.  We, of course , have been in touch all these years not only for the business, but because we grew to be dear friends.  We will miss him terribly.  And of course, our condolensces go out to Lorraine and their sons and his siblings, etc.  It is so hard for all of you.  You all will be close in our thoughts, prayers and hearts at this difficult time.  Mary and Howard Faber

I have known Tall Paul for decades.  His advice and outlook on life has guided me numerous times.  I've loved him as if he were a close uncle.  Paul Steinman will be missed tremendously...
Laraine and Andy, If there is anything that I can do, I am here for you.  I am sooo sad that you have this incredible pain, and loss that you are going through.  Paul was a great husband, and a wonderful father.  He loved you guys more than anything.

After several years of having lost touch, Paul and I just reconnected a few months ago.  Facebook is good for something.  He goes down in my book as a real Mensch.  I am saddened at his passing and my thoughts are with his family.

My heart is broken.  Paul was an amazing man with a heart of gold.  He will be missed.  To his family, thank you for sharing him with so many of us.  My thoughts and prayers are with you during this time.

Paul and I go back a long ways.

Until just a few years ago we were separated by our living in different states and our paths
did not cross.

We reunited and the bond between us was like opening a time capsule.
The days at Como Park, the State Fairs both local and afar.
Walking to his house on Lincoln Ave after school from Central High.
Hanging out at Sister Betty's house.

I feel fortunate to have visited Paul and his family in Arizona, before his move to CA.

Paul will be missed and I shall miss our conversations and emails.

Saint Paul Central, Dancing Waters, Palm Springs, his kindness when I was in Phoenix, his love of family, friends and life...That's what I will think about everyday....Floyd Adelman..Mpls.

Paul was a cherished boyhood friend. Paulie was always filled with good humor and friendship. My most sincere condolences to the family.
