Peggy Jo Foster was born on April 18, 1935 in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas. She entered into rest on Thursday, March 7, 2019 in Escondido, California.

She is survived by her husband Elbert, son Dave, son Jon, daughter Connie, daughter Becky, relatives and friends.

A Celebration of Life Memorial will be held on Friday, March 15, 2019 at 1:00 PM at the Carlsbad Community Church 3175 Harding Street Carlsbad, California.
