Elder Hamptons' kind soul and giving spirit touched so many and will never be forgotten. My parents shared so many good times & memories with Elder & Sis Hampton . Such a wonderful man of God. Praying for Peace and Blessings upon Hampton Family.

I met Elder Hampton over 20 years ago through my husband, the late Bishop James R. Newman. I always enjoyed being in the presence of he and Sis. Hamton. He was a wonderful man of God. Praying for you and your family.

In rembrance of Raymond Hampton .
I met this fine man of God and his beautiful wife in California  years back while there at my family reunion, I preached  at a church  there and they attended after service we all had dinner together their sweet spirit was so that you will never forget like having known them all along. Their daughter  Miranda  is a precious saint of God I have known her and family for years.  
May the comfort and strength that only God can give be with you all.

 Elder and Sis. Hampton has always been special to us. We've worshiped together in many services. The greatest of them all were the 2nd Saturday fellowship services with the beautiful saints of God. Sis. Hampton playing the organ, singing and Elder Hampton blowing that "horn".  So anointed so powerful! They've  always been  remarkable, loving, genuine people.  Elder Hampton will truly be missed but he's touched many of us by being an example spiritually and naturally.

We are neighbors of Gerald and whenever Mr   Raymond Hampton and Mrs Hampton came to visit their son we knew that we would be serenaded with their beautiful voices  and beautiful hymns. I would open my bedroom window so we could enjoy it. May the Lord hold and keep him in his loving arms.  

Pa’s  & Momma Hampton, you exemplified special  Love from the first day I met you guys, Momma you had ONE of best!! Sweet & Small.. with a big heart; that only means it didn’t take God a long time to create PERFECTION!

To my family of Elder Raymond Lewis Hampton I want you to know my prayers and thoughts 🙏🙏 🙏 are with my family at this time.i have always heard about my cousin from different family members (especially uncle Richard)I had the pleasure of meeting my family a couple years ago in Danville Kentucky at a family reunion and I was definitely impressed .. my impression was everlasting..I know he stressed how important family is and he definitely led by example!!.. one of the 10 commandments is to honor your mother and father and I seen first-hand with my own eyes my family doing that with both of their parents..in my eyes meeting both of you was like royalty!!.. between both of you was like meeting a king and queen!..I'm glad I got to meet royalty in my family!!.. In homage, Elder Raymond Lewis Hampton, was a father, friend and mentor of many military families at Camp Pendleton, California. Seldom, we encounter people who impact our lives, in return they ask nothing, but to love and owe no one nothing, but truth. The Hampton's are the truth, a testimony of the power of a loving family.   I am grateful for Mother Myra Hampton. Thanks for sharing your wisdom and dedication to the community that offers wonderful memories -  only a heaven can reward your beloved husband who was a great example;  a true man of God.
