He was born in Pomona, California on March 28, 1946. Richard graduated from Bonita High School.
He was married to Linda Santogeanis-Crow on August 26, 1965.
Richard had a career in the United States Navy and as a realtor in Hawaii.
He had a passion for Baseball, Reading, his family and being outdoors.
He is survived by daughter Lori Thomas and son-in-law Don Thomas, mother Alvena Vardy, grandchildren Hayley Süel, Ryan Thomas, and Zachary Thomas, sister Heather Gerson, relatives, and friends.
