Bob, I only met you once but you were a pretty far out dude. Plus, Barbara is one awesome lady so I know you had to be up in the ranks to snag a fine lady like her. :) I hope your ascension into the afterlife is easy, but not before you shower those that need it with a clear sign that you are okay and are making that journey. I often times think of my own death, and have come to realize I fear it so. It's a control thing, and a fear of the unknown. What will I be without my body? What will I absorb into? I look to those that pass before me as brave warriors slicing through man-related fears and venturing courageously into the other side. My thoughts are with you that your transition is, like I said, an easy one, and more thoughts go to your wife, Barbara, in which I bestow upon her gentle, healing energy that she can use to help her own challenging transition through the deeply intimate and solo journey of grief. The loss of Bob's voice, opinions, jokes, and laughter saddens me. He will be missed, but the echo of his voice and thoughts remain.  I was glad to know him. Please let me know how I may help you.  May God give you the strength and courage you need at this time.

Words cannot express my feelings for Bob. Everytime I would call I said "Hi Papa" We spent many holidays together. One I will never forget. Barbara had just come out of the hosipal and Bob and I went to have Thanksgiving dinner by the time we got there we were the only ones there. Not even gravy left. We had a great time laughing and talking about Bob's passion, "Opera" ugh. Oh and the bouquet of different wines. I will cherish all those fun times with Bob. Everynight I look up to the stars I will give you a wink Papa and I know you have arrived safely.

Barbara, words cannot express my feeling for you. You are my Angel and I know with your faith you will get thru this. What a long time you and Bob have been together. I will see you soon and give back what you have given to me "LOVE". RIP Bob I love you forever and always. Baby Girl
