Rosalina grew up and lived in the Philippines for many years before moving to the United States in 1996. In 1997, she traveled to and lived in Japan. Then, in 1999, she moved back to the United States and resided in California until her passing.
She was a devout member of the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church of Christ) and never grew tired until she finished her race. She was very independent and always kept herself busy; waking up early and gardening every day. There was never a day that passed by where she did not have The Filipino Channel (TFC) on the television. One of her absolute favorites was watching and listening to her grandchildren sing karaoke; they made sure that she was always entertained and full of laughter. She also enjoyed watching YouTube videos and connecting with her loved ones through Facebook.
Inang, Nanay Saling, Apong, Grandma, was such a sweet, loving soul. We will miss her beautiful smile and happy spirit every day.
Burial will be on Monday, February 1, 2021 at 10AM at Eternal Hills Memorial Park.
