Rudy is survived by his wife, Ether Sotelo, children, family, relatives, and friends.
A visitation will be held on Thursday November 10, 2016 from 4 to 8pm at Eternal Hills Memorial Chapel.
A funeral mass will be held on Friday November 11, 2016 at 1:45pm at Mission San Luis Rey (Old Mission) Oceanside, California.
God looked around His garden
