Thad was preceded in death by his mother, Elizabeth Ann Akers Holt.
He is survived by his father, James Noble Holt, wife, Toyoko Oishi, brother, Curtis Alan Holt, relatives, and friends.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 13, 2012 from 5-8pm at Eternal Hills Mortuary in Oceanside, California.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 14, 2012 at 10:00 am at Eternal Hills Memorial Chapel in Oceanside, California.
Mr. Holt's final resting place will be Eternal Hills Memorial Park in Oceanside, Califoirnia.
He will be deeply missed....
