Angela M. Abar, age 49 of Ogdensburg passed away unexpectedly at her home on Thursday (February 19, 2015). There will be no public services held as per her request. Arrangements are with the Fox & Murray Funeral Home.
Surviving are her children Michael Abar of Ogdensburg, Chantelle Premo & her companion Michael Powell of Albany and Cassandra Premo of Ogdensburg; three brothers Douglas (Cheryl) Abar of Morristown, Randy (Linda) Abar and Jeffrey Abar of Ogdensburg; two sisters Pamela Love of Ogdensburg and Becky (John) Dotte of Malone; five grandchildren Doniven, Neveah & Keynan Saunders, Cyrus Abar and Wyatt Abar, and several nieces & nephews.
Angela was born on June 25, 1965 in Ogdensburg, NY a daughter of the late Joseph & Mary Jo Downey. She attended Ogdensburg Free Academy for her education, and later married Joseph Premo which ended in divorce.
