Erma L. Lytle

Graveside Services for Erma L. Lytle, age 98 of Heuvelton will be held at 10:00am on November 2, 2023 at the Hillcrest Cemetery in Heuvelton with Rev. Kevin O'Brien officiating. Mrs. Lytle passed away at her home on October 30, 2023.

Surviving are close friends James Hanna & his wife Lisa of Rensselaer Falls, Melissa Loucks of DePeyster, Donna Roach of Heuvelton, Mary (Richard) Simmons of Rensselaer Falls, Helen Newcomb of Rensselaer Falls and Dorothy Persons of Heuvelton which has been her friend since high school.

She was predeceased by her parents George & Hazel Flight and her husband Leo Albert “Buster” Lytle.

Erma was born on May 15, 1925 in Lisbon NY, she graduated high school and was later married to “Buster” Lytle on August 31, 1951. During her career she worked on the farm for both her parents and husband. She then went to work for the Mc Cadam Cheese Plant as a laborer until her retirement.

Erma enjoyed gardening, sewing, spending time with friends and her pet cat Daisey.
