Graveside Services for Helen A. Knepp, age 86 of Ogdensburg will be held on Monday (April 21, 2025) at 10:00am at the Notre Dame Cemetery with Rev. Joseph Morgan officiating. Mrs. Knepp passed away on April 15, 2025 at her home.
Surviving are two children Leonard Knepp of Rouses Point & Mary Beth Palmer of St. Regis Falls; also surviving are several nieces and nephews; friends Mary Anne Lapkowski of Turin, NY, Sr. Bernadette Collins of Ogdensburg along with multiple friends that she has acquired in her church community.
Helen was predeceased by her daughter Stephanie Knepp; two sisters Bernadine Weiss and Marian Kellogg, and a brother John Herman.
She was born on December 10, 1938 in Luzerne, PA, a daughter of the late Stephen & Mary (Hardik) Herman. She graduated from St. Mary’s Academy and was later employed at the St. Lawrence Psychiatric Center as a therapy aid and later as a counselor. Helen was a Grey Nun Associate and a member of Notre Dame Church.
