James dedicated many years of hard work to Newell Manufacturing before continuing his career at the St. Lawrence Psychiatric Center, where he served as a therapy aide until his retirement. He was a man who enjoyed life’s simple pleasures—golfing, bowling, and lending a hand wherever he could. He especially loved volunteering at the Rensselaer Falls Fire Department, where he worked bingo events and served proudly as a member of their fire police.
Those wishing to honor James’s memory may consider donations to the Kidney Foundation or to a local food pantry—causes that reflect his generous spirit. Condolences and fond memories can be shared online at www.foxandmurrayfuneralhome.com.
James will be remembered for his kindness, his quiet strength, and the love he held for his family. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
