

Jesse is survived by his daughter, Kelli Ann Jenner of Oklahoma; his siblings, Jennifer Frawley of Oswegatchie, Jeffrey (Ann) Jenner of Ogdensburg, JoAnn Foster of Ogdensburg, Janine (Jesse) Murray Jr. of Madrid, Justina (Joel) Hockey of Morristown, and Joseph LeDuc of Madrid; as well as a special niece, Sherry (Daniel) Tamez of Georgia. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was predeceased by his longtime companion, Nancy Brown, in 2023, and an infant son.
Jesse was born on October 5, 1959, in Ogdensburg, the son of the late Roland and Arlene (LaRock) Jenner. He graduated from Madrid-Waddington High School and proudly served in the United States Navy from 1977 to 1981. He was later married to Cammie Acree, a union that ended in divorce.
Throughout his career, Jesse worked as a service technician for AON Heating and Air Conditioning in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He also had skills in metal fabrication and leatherworking. In his free time, he enjoyed boating, fishing, hunting, and spending time with family and friends.
