Jo Anne Roca

A Funeral Mass for JoAnne Roca, age 65 of Troy NH and formerly of Ogdensburg NY will be held at 2:00pm on Friday (Oct 2, 2015) at Notre Dame Church with Rev. F. James Shurtleff officiating. Burial will follow the service at Notre Dame Cemetery.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday from 3:00-7:00pm at the Fox & Murray Funeral Home. Ms. Roca passed away on Saturday (Sept 26, 2015) at her home in Troy NH.

Surviving is her sister Mary (John) Lowery of Troy NH, a niece & nephew Andrew (Stephanie) Lowery, Amanda (Phil) Andrews; great nieces & nephew Ethan Lowery, Mary Jo Andrews, Eleanor Andrews & Katherine Andrews; an aunt Ruth Roca of Ogdensburg; cousins Rod (Donna) Roca of Ogdensburg and Peggy Marcoux of Hyde Park VT.

JoAnne was born on March 14, 1950 in Ogdensburg a daughter of the late Lyle & Oleta (Sovay) Roca. She graduated from Ogdensburg Free Academy and continued her education at the Powelson Business School in Syracuse. She worked as an administrative assistant for 40+ years and was a member of Notre Dame Church and TOPS.

She enjoyed reading, knitting, watching classic movies and spending time with her great-nieces & nephew.
