Surviving are her children Michael LaRock, Billy LaRock, Storm LaRock, Patientz LaRock, and Amber LaRock and her companion Dennis Parmeter, all of Ogdensburg; step-sons Chantz & Skyler LaRock; her brother Edward Woods of DePeyster; a sister Patty Woods of Heuvelton; and her cherished grandchildren Dennis & Hailey Parmeter and Brayden & Mason LaRock. She was predeceased by her daughter, Kaitlyn LaRock, on January 2, 2025.
Judy was born on June 5, 1969, in Ogdensburg, the daughter of the late Edward and Gloria “Jean” (Hall)) Woods. She attended Ogdensburg Free Academy and was later married to William LaRock Sr.; the marriage ended in divorce.
Throughout her career, Judy worked as a home healthcare aide until becoming disabled in 2010. She found joy in spending time with her grandchildren, being outdoors, camping, and cooking.
