Kathleen Towle

Kathleen was born in Webster, NY, on January 16, 1947, the daughter of the late Robert and Virginia (Donovan) Garland. She graduated from Webster High School and later married Richard Towle in 1969. Richard predeceased her on December 2, 2021.

Kathleen was a loving, caring person who took great pride in everything she did. She was also a dedicated and well-organized professional who was respected and valued throughout her career. She worked as an office manager for Perma-Graphics in Rochester for 25 years, where her dependability, attention to detail, and commitment to her work were deeply appreciated.

Outside of work, Kathleen enjoyed cooking, fishing, reading, gardening, and, most of all, spending time with her family and friends. She was welcomed in heaven by her beloved pets, Ginger, Hershey, Katie, Murphy, and Doonie who passed away before her.

Kathleen is survived by her two sons, Christopher Towle of Rochester and Adam Towle of Hammond; two brothers, Jeff (Carol) Garland of Webster, NY, and Bob (Ann) Garland of Webster, NY; a sister, Patricia Vandamme of Springwater, NY; along with nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and her beloved grand-animals, Josie, Bob, and Bean.

Kathleen will be remembered for her loving heart, her caring nature, her strong work ethic, and the kindness and friendship she shared with those around her. She leaves behind many cherished memories that will remain in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
