Surviving is his mother Jeanette Parker of Rochester; five sisters Victoria Sheilds of Rochester, JoAnn Evans of Buffalo, Alaine Marie Jackson of Rochester, Michelle Smith of Rochester and Teresa Jackson of Buffalo; and a brother Glen Parker of Rochester.
His father Johnnie Parker and a brother Richard Scott predeceased him.
Michael was born on April 11, 1961 in Rochester, the son of Johnnie & Jeanette (Scott) Parker. He attended Rochester Schools for his education. He enjoyed listening to music, fishing and the calmness of being quiet.
