Patricia A. Badlam

Patricia A. Badlam age 82, of Ogdensburg, NY, passed away Monday evening, April 28, 2025, at Rochester General Hospital. A graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Fox & Murray Funeral Home.

Patricia was born April 22, 1943, in Brooklyn, NY to the late John Henry and Filomena (Domiano) Meyer. Patricia attended Ogdensburg Free Academy. In 1964, Patricia married John R. Badlam at Notre Dame Church. For over 20 years, Patricia worked at the St. Mary’s Rectory as housekeeper. She enjoyed trips to the casino and bingo, making ceramics, and had a passion for painting. She loved spending time with her grandchildren.

Patricia is survived by her sons, Anthony Badlam and his wife Barbara of Ogdensburg and Robert “Robb” Badlam and his companion Janice Strickland of Edison, NJ; her sisters, Joan M. Doe and her husband Albert of Ogdensburg and Pamela Jane Meyer of Ogdensburg; her grandchildren, Megan Matthews and her husband Bryan, Kyle Badlam and his wife Mackenzie, and Sara Badlam and her partner Dom Latham; and four great grandchildren, Bryce, Chloey, Payton, and Paisley Matthews.

She was predeceased by her husband of 60 years, John R. Badlam, and a sister, Bertha A. Rice.
