OBITUARY

Robin A. Martin

May 30, 1966November 3, 2019

Robin A. Martin, age 53 of Potsdam passed away on Sunday November 3, 2019 at Claxton Hepburn Medical Center surrounded by her family and friends. A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday (November 13, 2019) from 2:00-5:00pm at the Amvets, Rt 11, Dekalb Jct, NY. Burial will be at the White Church Cemetery in Lisbon.

Surviving is her daughter Amanda Martin of Ogdensburg; grandchildren Rhianah Daniels, Kaidence Daniels and Bryce Martin; a sister Deborah Cook of Kentucky; special friends Kayla Ashley, Mindy Griffith, June Atkinson, Nancy , Lois McClure, Timmy Palmer, and many other residents of Debra Drive that has shown friendship and care to Robin over the years. Many nieces, nephews & cousins also survive.

Robin was predeceased by her parents Raymond & Betty Martin and two brothers Richard and Donald Martin.

She was born on May 30, 1966 in Ogdensburg, NY and graduated from Canton High School. She attended BOCES and received her cosmetology licence. During her working years she was employed at ACCO Brands in Ogdensburg and the Best Western in Canton.

Robin was an animal lover especially horses, she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and lilacs were her favorite flower. Memorial contributions can be made to the St. Lawrence County SPCA. Condolences and fond memories can also be shared online at www.foxandmurrayfuneralhome.com.

The family wishes to thank Dr. Emily Wood and her staff for the excellent care they provided over the years as well as Doctors and Nurses of the second floor at Claxton Hepburn Medical Center for the special care given to her during final days.
