Sandra L Mussen

Sandra Mussen age 63, of Ogdensburg, NY passed away Friday, March 1, 2024 at Claxton Hepburn Medical Center surrounded by her loving family. A Celebration of Life for Sandra will be announced at a later date. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Fox & Murray Funeral Home.

Sandra was born February 27, 1961 in Ogdensburg, NY to the late Allen and Juanita (Kerr) Harper. She graduated high school from Ogdensburg Free Academy. Sandra worked at Cedars Nursing Home as a Dietary Aid. Sandra enjoyed going to dirt track races, spending time with her grandchildren, shopping with her sister, spending time with her brother, walks, crosswords, fishing, and watching over the river.

Sandra is survived by her four sons, Randy Mussen and his companion Katrina LaJoy, Michael (Mellissa) Mussen, Steven (Jackie) Mussen, and Scotty (Skyler) Austin; a brother, Randy Harper and his companion Carolyn Richter; a sister, Tammy LaFlair; many grandchildren including one on the way; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was predeceased by the love of her life, Leo “Tuffer” Austin in 2003 and her parents, Allen and Juanita Harper.
