Susan “Mike” Hahn of Winthrop New York, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 19, 2016 after a long debilitating battle. Susan was a fun loving, strong, hardworking and loving Mother, Nana, Sister and Friend. Born to Charles and Rose Hahn on September 12, 1954. She was raised in Burlington Vermont where she grew up with her Brother Charlie Hahn, her sister Darlene Peters, half brother Robert Bleu and half sister Sharon Molitor.
She leaves behind her daughters Victoria Murray and Melissa Ashley, her six grandchildren and her great granddaughter. An extra special mention to her best friend and dog, Razor.
She was predeceased by her twin sister Sheila Pendris.
A Celebration of Life will be held on November 5, 2016 at the VFW located at 176 S Winooski Ave, Burlington at 1:00pm. Family and friends are encouraged to come and share their fond and loving memories.
A special heartfelt thanks goes out to the amazing and loving staff of St. Joseph”s Home in Ogdensburg, NY, where Susan spent her last few months.
