Tammy L. Donnelly

Graveside services for Tammy L. Donnelly, age 64, will be held in the spring at Hillcrest Cemetery in Heuvelton. Tammy passed away peacefully on December 26, 2025, at the Claxton Hepburn Medical Center with her family by her side.

She is survived by her brothers Floyd Donnelly Jr., Gene (Tracy) Goodreau Jr., Lucien (Kim) Goodreau; sisters April Storm, Thelma Swinyer, Gertrude Donnelly, Shannon Donnelly, Christine Donnelly, Elizabeth Goodreau, Rose Mary (Braden) Goodreau, Bobbie Jean (John) Fairas; along with many cherished nieces, nephews, and cousins. Tammy was predeceased by her stepfather Gene Goodreau Sr., and a brother, Francis “Skip” Swinyer.

Born on February 17, 1961, in Massena, Tammy was the daughter of the late Floyd & Barbara (Goodreau) Donnelly Sr. She had a deep love for music, and found joy in being outdoors, taking walks, and taking pride in her appearance. She valued looking her best, always radiating grace and warmth in the presence of others. She was blessed with her United Helpers family to be there to attend to her every need.

Tammy will be fondly remembered for her kind spirit, her love for life, and the special place she held in the hearts of those who knew her.
