

Theresa L. Arduine, age 86 of Ogdensburg passed away on Thursday October 19, 2017 at the St. Joseph’s Home with her grandchildren by her side. A graveside service will be held privately at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Ogdensburg with Rev. Joseph Morgan officiating. There will be no calling hours.
Surviving are her grandchildren Jennifer Spencer and Amy Morley & her husband Larry; great-grandchildren Elizabeth Spencer, Spencer Whitney, Broc Morley and Gabrielle Morley all of Ogdensburg; a brother Alex Arduine & his wife Kathy of Ogdensburg and a sister Imogene Schryver of Cicero, NY.
She was predeceased by her son Charles Spencer; three brothers Joseph, Charles & Frank Arduine and six sisters Ellen Neal, Anna Ripa, Irene Hall, Elizabeth Burns, Catherine Dalusio and Mabel Arduine.
Theresa was born on February 24, 1931 in Ogdensburg NY, a daughter of the late Sante & Mary (Petrilli) Arduini. She graduated from St. Mary’s Academy and began her working career at the Willard State Hospital as an attendant. She later obtained her Licensed Practical Nursing degree and relocated to Ogdensburg where she worked as a public health nurse and for CDP. She retired in 1992.
Theresa was a member of the St. Mary’s Cathedral parish and enjoyed crocheting, knitting, crafts of all kinds and spending time with her grandchildren.
