Born on October 28, 1951, in Elk City, Oklahoma, to Sterling and Peggy Harris, Jan brought light, grace, and kindness to everyone who had the joy of knowing her.
A lifelong caregiver in spirit and in deed, Jan spent many years as a dental receptionist—a role she cherished not only for the work itself but for the people. She found true joy in her relationships with her coworkers and held a special affection for the patients she warmly welcomed and cared for over the years.
Jan’s heart was rooted in faith, family, and love. Her devotion to God guided her daily, and her marriage to her husband and best friend, Brad, was a beautiful testament to enduring partnership and unconditional love. Together, they built a life full of laughter, devotion, and treasured memories. Their home was one of warmth, where their children and grandchildren were the center of Jan’s world.
She loved each of her children fiercely and welcomed their spouses with open arms, treating them as her own. Her family was her joy, and she gave them everything she had—her time, her wisdom, and her unwavering love.
Jan was also a deeply devoted daughter, always going above and beyond in caring for her parents with tenderness and strength. Her quiet acts of selflessness will never be forgotten.
Alongside Brad, her true best friend and love of her life, Jan nurtured many beautiful friendships over the years. Whether through shared meals, meaningful conversations, or simple everyday moments, the bonds they built with others were deeply treasured and rooted in genuine love and connection.
She is survived by her two children, Christopher Yoder and Amy Andrews and their spouses, three grandchildren, Jeremy Yoder, and Will and Kate Andrews; Sister, Connie Hogue.
Jan Marie Yoder lived her life with grace, compassion, and an open heart. Her legacy is one of faith, family, and the countless lives she touched along the way. She will be remembered always—with love, with laughter, and with immense gratitude.

Bradford E. Yoder, 79, passed away peacefully on May 3, 2025, leaving behind a legacy marked by unwavering faith, tireless dedication, and deep, enduring friendships.
Born on July 26, 1945, in Detroit, Michigan, to Samuel and Barbra Yoder, Brad was raised with a strong foundation of values that would guide him throughout his life. He built a distinguished career as a civil architectural structural engineer, a field that not only matched his sharp intellect but also his meticulous nature and relentless work ethic. Brad was deeply passionate about his work—more than a job, it was a calling that he pursued with integrity and excellence.
Brad’s life was centered around his faith in God. He was the spiritual rock of his household, a Godly man who led by example, quietly and firmly. His character was defined by humility, strength, and a commitment to doing what was right, both in his personal life and in his profession.
He and his beloved wife and lifelong best friend, Jan, shared many rich friendships over the years—relationships they both deeply valued. Whether across the table for dinner or across decades of shared life, those friendships were a source of joy, encouragement, and laughter for Brad.
He is survived by his children, Christopher Yoder and Amy Andrews and their spouses; Three grandchildren, Jeremy Yoder, and Will and Kate Andrews; And a twin brother, Jeff Yoder.
Brad leaves behind a legacy of faith, hard work, and love. He will be remembered for the strength of his character, the depth of his commitment to those he loved, and the life of quiet leadership he lived so faithfully.
A Celebration of Eternal Life for Bradford & Jan will be held Saturday, June 14, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Putnam City Christian Church, 5711 NW 42nd St, Warr Acres, OK 73122.
The family asks that all attendees wear bright colors in celebration of Brad & Jan's spirit.
