She loved God and Jesus Christ, bible study and really enjoyed telling other people stories from the Bible. She was absolutely wonderful to her mother, both of her siblings and all the cats she was a mom to over the years as well as being a very generous person. In addition she loved her relatives, great group of friends, co-workers and even many strangers. Catherine was a patriot, constitutionalist, loved the United States of America and was quite proud that she was a direct descendant of John Alden who was one of the first men on the Mayflower to set foot on Plymouth Rock. Her favorite politician was Donald J. Trump and adored what he did for our country and the world and was politically and vocally active in her support.
Her life was spent being very fun as well being silly and goofy especially with dressing up every chance she got. Catherine enjoyed traveling to places like England and Australia, bicycling, ATV and motorcycling, seeing live music, dancing, horseback riding, river rafting and had even started golfing. During her career she received many awards and certificates and even had the pleasure of booking General Colin Powell to an event where he spoke and he had the pleasure of meeting Catherine. She passed away quickly and painlessly from cardiac arrest.
We will be having a graveside service on Tuesday, January 19th at 10 a.m. at Memorial Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers we ask donations in her name be made to charity. She is survived by her brother and sister David and Susan Connelly and her two cats Rocket and “W”. Catherine lived a full life albeit way too short. Our hearts, thoughts and prayers go out to her. She will greatly missed.
