

She attended school in Blackwell, Ok, through high school, eventually receiving her GED. Connie loved to go fishing, where she once had the record for the 2nd largest bass caught by a woman at Roman Nose State Park, Watonga Lake. She loved to create her own arts and crafts projects, paint pictures of butterfly’s and birds and visit the casinos. However, her most favorite activity, by far, was to spend time with and watch her son and grandchildren play sports and all other activities. Her favorite colors were purple and blue and she loved butterflies. Connie was married to Michael Lynn Pappan of Newkirk, OK., for 28 years. She enjoyed working jobs as a bookkeeper, order entry and insurance sales for places such as Farm Fresh, Shelter Insurance and Mcleary-Hutton Insurance.
Connie passed away Tuesday, January 2nd, 2018 at OU Physicians Hospital in Oklahoma City, OK at the age of 56.
There will be a memorial service held at 10am on Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at the Blackwell Church of Christ with Rev. Lanny Jobe officiating. Interment will follow in the Tonkawa IOOF Cemetery.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Tejuan Lockett, Shawn Keller and grandchildren Joseph Lynn Pappan, Michael Perry Pappan, Alexis Shrum, Kolby Shrum and Reagann Mackenzie Marie Pappan.
Connie is survived by her son, Justin Lynn Pappan and wife Saylis Lea Ann Pappan Her grandchildren, Joseph Pappan, Michael Pappan, Alexis Shrum, Kolby Shrum and Reagann Mackenzie Marie Pappan.
She is also survived by her father, Ray L. Bowling, brothers Monty Anderson, J.R. Anderson, Terry Anderson, Randy Bowling and her sister Deanna Senseman.
She was preceded in death by her mother Peggy L. (Hawkins) Bowling..
