Justin Lynn Pappan

He was born in Blackwell, Oklahoma on September 17th, 1977 to parents Mike and Connie Pappan.

Justin graduated from Newkirk High School. After graduating High School Justin continued his education at OSU for 2 years then received his Bachelor’s Degree from Northwestern Oklahoma State University.

He married the love of his life, Saylis Lea Ann Sunderland on October 29th, 2010.

Justin worked at JLP systems, AT&T, Cox Communications, and Dell. He was a member of EFBC and The Newkirk Golf Association.

Justin’s Bachelor degree was in psychology/child psychology. He loved working in that field of work, however he also had a passion in IT and excelled immensely there. He later gained a passion for acting and worked around 11 years pursuing it. He really was good at everything he put his mind to, whether it be poker, golf, acting, psychology, or starting his own software company. He never did anything halfway, he was passionate about everything he took interest in or loved/cared about.

He loved to try new things- he also enjoyed motorcycle riding, playing sports, watching movies, listening to music, and spending quality time with his wife and kids any chance he had.

He was survived by his wife Saylis Pappan, his children Joseph Lynn Pappan, Michael Pappan, Reagann Pappan, Alexis Shrum, and Kolby Shrum, 2 sisters, and 3 brothers.

A memorial service for Justin will be held Monday, July 31st, 2023, at 10:30 AM at Edmond First Baptist Church in the Fellowship Hall, 1300 E 33rd St, Edmond, OK 73013.
