

Kenneth was born on October 5, 1946, in Blackwell, Oklahoma, to Syble and Leon Stout. He graduated from Blackwell High School and went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Oklahoma State University, followed by a Master of Business Administration from Central State University.
While attending Oklahoma State University, Kenneth met the love of his life, Bobbye Jean Greer. The two were married on November 28, 1968, beginning a lifelong partnership rooted in love and devotion. During his years at OSU, Kenneth was a proud member of the Sigma Chi fraternity. He cherished his time in Stillwater and always enjoyed returning for sporting events, sharing stories, and reminiscing with friends and family.
Kenneth built a successful career as an IT professional, working for several companies including Burroughs, Southwest Electric, and Raytheon Aircraft Corporation.
In addition to his professional career, Kenneth honorably served his country in the United States Navy. He served aboard the USS Mars during the Vietnam War and later retired as a Captain in the U.S. Navy Reserve, a role of which he was deeply proud.
Kenneth had a passion for travel and greatly enjoyed taking trips with his family and friends, creating memories that will be cherished for generations.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Bobbye Jean Stout; his parents, Syble and Leon Stout; and his brother, Donald Stout.
Kenneth is survived by his sons, Derek Stout and wife Jennifer, and Matt Stout and wife Cheryl; his grandchildren, Avery, Morgan, Barrett, Mason, and Sutton Stout; and his brother, Joel Stout.
A Visitation for family & friends will be held on Thursday, January 29, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Memorial Park Funeral Home, located at 13313 North Kelley Ave, Oklahoma City, OK, 73131.
The Funeral Service will take place at the same venue on January 30, 2026, from 10:00 am with burial to follow at Memorial Park Cemetery 13400 N Kelley Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73131.
