My prayers are with the entire Irving family in the loss of Leon.  
I went to work at Metro Transit in Sept 1994.  Leon was one of my street supervisors and later did some dispatching.  He was always fair and just to everyone he came in contact with and was great to work with.  Three times a year he held training sessions to update  the drivers on the changes and regulations that had taken place and  I enjoyed going to them.   
Every now and again I would joke with him over the radio and he would always come back with " Oh,  I'll get you  on that,  I owe you one"     He will be missed.
