Louis Paul Eischen

Louis Paul Eischen, a beloved husband, Father and Poppa, passed away on September 8, 2026, at the age of 81. Born on November 5, 1944, in Oklahoma City, Louis enjoyed a vibrant childhood filled with baseball, working on his uncle’s farm, wrestling, and fixing cars.

Louis graduated from Northeast High School in 1962 and proudly served in the Army National Guard from 1964 to 1969. Following his military service, Louis began a lifelong career as a Master Plumber for over 55 years, ultimately becoming the project manager at Oasis Mechanical, where he oversaw plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and construction projects.

In 1965, Louis married his high school sweetheart, Sharon Kae Coleman. Together, they raised three sons and created countless cherished memories. They loved traveling, fishing and even enjoyed owning and operating the successful Bigger Burger restaurant in Edmond. They enjoyed watching the Sooners compete in every sport imaginable. They also took great joy in the company of their sons, daughters-in-law, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. For many years, they hosted their Christian home church, fostering a close-knit community.

Louis leaves behind a legacy of unwavering faith in his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and a commitment to hard work. He is preceded in death by his father, Woodrow “Woody” Bernard Eischen; his mother, Mildred Nadine Marsee; and his brother, James “Jimmy Travis” Eischen. He is survived by his devoted wife of 61 years, Sharon Kae Eischen; three sons and daughters-in-law: John and Anabel of Edmond, Jason and Julie of Yukon, and Jerrid and Aimee of Oklahoma City; ten grandchildren: Jordan and husband James McGinley, John Paul Jr. and wife Lizi, Sarah and husband Immanual Brooks, Jessica and husband Andrew Craig, Jill and husband Jordan Marshall, Jasie Kaye, Jorja Grace, Josephine Rose, Jubilee Janae, and Judah Woodrow “Woody”; and eight great-grandchildren: Colin, Zoe, Isabelle “Izzy,” Mila, Claire, Abigail “Abby,” Eleanor, and Maverick.

Visitation will be held at Memorial Park Funeral Home, 13313 North Kelley, Oklahoma City, OK on September 15, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 16, at 10:00 a.m. at Memorial Park Funeral Home & Cemetery, located at 13313 N. Kelley, Oklahoma City, OK 73131, with a reception to follow.
