Marvin D. Cloer was born January 1, 1922, in Oklahoma City to parents Nellie F. (Bailey) & William S. Cloer and passed away at home in Oklahoma City with his family by his side, April 26, 2011. Marvin served in World War II as a Sergeant in the Army Air Corps.
Marvin was preceded in death by his parents; son, Dennis Paulson; and sister, Bernice. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Gladys Marie (Boone); daughter, Donna R. Craig; son, Terry & wife Anne; son, Marty & wife Carole; 7 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; 1 great great-grandchild; and brother, Harold.
Visitation will be at the funeral home, Thursday from 2pm to 8pm. A graveside service will be 2pm, Friday, April 29, 2011, at Memorial Park Cemetery officiated by Pastor Scott White of Lone Star Baptist Church, where Marvin had been a faithful member.
