

Chang Xiang, 88, of Oklahoma City, OK, passed away on March 3, 2026. She was born in Vietnam on February 10, 1938. Mei passed middle school in Vietnam. She married Yong Ning Tu in January 1957. Mei worked at a family restaurant.
While living in the United States, she enjoyed playing mahjong with friends and family, gardening, tending to her plants and vegetables, and visiting loved ones whenever she could. She took great joy in caring for those around her and was happiest when making sure her family and friends were well fed and cared for.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Yong Ning Tu; her oldest son, Danny Dao; and her two younger brothers, You Quan Xiang and You Xi Xiang.
She is survived by her oldest daughter, Mei Yang Tu; second oldest daughter, Gu Guan Tu; second oldest son, Sheng Shui Tu; third oldest daughter, Amy Tu; youngest daughter, Jenny Tu; and youngest son, Allen Tu.
Her grandchildren, from oldest to youngest, are: Vicky Ling, Lian Carter, Vivian Ling, Long Fu Ling, Bang Long Chen, Chun Mei Chen, Amatin Hu, Jia Tu, Jonathan Dao, Michelle Tu, Jacky Chen, Cinthia Tu, Billy Chen, Kelly Tu, Mable Hu, David Tu, and Hillary Tu.
Her great-grandchildren, from oldest to youngest, are: Eliana Carter, Elisha Carter, Maggie Ling, Ethan Ling, Jimmy Carter, Eason Li, Cyrus Li, Liam Li, Veena Luong, ZhenYi Ling, and ZhenTing Ling.
She is also survived by her sisters, from oldest to youngest: Yu Mei Xiang, Li Jiao Xiang, Shi Yi Xiang, and Shi San Xiang.
Visitation for Family & Friends will be held at Memorial Park Funeral Home, 13313 North Kelley, Oklahoma City, OK 73131, US, on March 7, 2026, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
A Funeral Service will be held at Memorial Park Funeral Home, 13313 North Kelley, Oklahoma City, OK 73131, US, on March 8, 2026, at 9:00 am. Burial at Memorial Park Cemetery to follow at 12:00 pm directly after the service.
