I can't believe he is gone. Although we drifted apart over 20 years ago, I still thought of him often. He was such an amazing person and left me with so many great memories.  To this day I still think of him and smile whenever I see or hear the Spin Doctors, Blues music, Star Trek, the Sax, certain food  dishes, or even see a surgical glove (he was trying to distract me and make me laugh when I was hospitalized). He was a wonderful friend. 

You were the most amazing person I've ever known.  So kind, generous, best heart and soul ever.  I can't help but ask why.  My heart is completely torn into.  I feel like I can't even live anymore.  I'll forever love you!!

You were loved by so many! You were truly one of a kind. You left a lasting impression that will live on.  You made it impossible to be forgotten. Thank you for always being there for me and being a good friend. You always knew how to let me know you cared. That is a rare quality these days. I will miss you and your laugh for sure. Until next time.

Still waiting for y'all to say just kidding.  Others have written such wonderful things of our friend our brother Mike. He was one of a kind that's for sure. Wish I had gone up to the Pub to see him but I'll see him again as will all of you, loved him like a real brother.  To Mike's family I'm so sorry for your loss and thank you for letting us hang with Mike, he was loved by so many.

Mike always brought a smile and a laugh. He was kind and cared about everyone he met and knew. He will be missed. Many prayer go out to his family and friends - gone too soon.

Mike was one of my first friends when I moved to Edmond.  Had a lot of classes together from elementary through high school and even travelled to Russia together from OU.  Havent seen him for years.  Way too young to be gone.

Michael Shaun Knox. You made me feel so comfortable at work. You never judged me.  I had to pleasure in working with him at two different jobs. Always had the biggest smile in  in the room with something cleaver and funny ready to say. I love you Man. Im going to miss randomly seeing you in public places.

I had many fun times working with you at several different places over the years. That smile was the best. Thank you for always being so kind to me. My heart is sad that you are gone, Mike. May you rest easy my friend. Love, light,  & peace to your family. ☮ Namaste

Mike was his own man. He did what he wanted, operated within his strengths, & knew the importance of self-improvement. When he recruited me as a bartender, I didn't know he'd become a great friend. His recent self-sufficient accomplishments were something his friends were very proud to hear. His untimely passing will speak to the fragile nature of life, and the little time we all have to share with those we care about. My love to you and your family, Mike. 

Mike was the reason for some of the best years of my life. He was such a great guy and always knew how to have fun and put a smile on your face. Mike, you will seriously be missed by more people than you can imagine. 

Mike brought a lot lot smiles and laughs to a lot of people over the years, and he was definitely a memorable part of my college years in Stillwater!
