Patricia was born on November 16, 1947, in Teaneck, New Jersey. She graduated from Nathan Hale High School in Tulsa, Oklahoma, in 1966. She went on to earn an Associate’s Degree in Nursing from the University of Central Oklahoma.
Patricia dedicated her career to caring for others as a Registered Nurse. She worked at Baptist Medical Center and Muskogee Regional Hospital, where she touched the lives of many through her compassion and dedication to her patients.
On December 2, 1988, Patricia married Nils Edwin Spencer, and together they shared many years of marriage and memories.
Patricia had a caring heart and a creative spirit. She enjoyed crocheting blankets and scarves and generously volunteered for Good Shepherd House. She especially loved children and animals, and over the years, she cared for and loved many Yorkies and other animals. Her kindness and love for those around her were an important part of who she was.
Patricia will be lovingly remembered by her daughters, Paula Wall and husband Dennis Wall, and Kathy Phelps and husband Bruce Phelps; grandchildren, Megan Massoni, Allen Phelps, Jessica Wall, and Chris Wall; great-grandchildren, Aubrey Phelps, Ezra Phelps, and Simon Massoni; sister, Carol Smith and husband Jerry Smith; as well as numerous other family members and friends who will cherish her memory.
A Memorial Service will be held 2:00 PM, Thursday, August 27, 2026 at Memorial Park Funeral Home, 13313 North Kelley, Oklahoma City, OK 73131. Committal will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
Patricia will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
