Pearl met her husband Carl Hamblin and they married at the family farm in December of 1934.
He preceded her in death in March of 1990. She was also preceded in death by her parents; two sons, W. Leroy Hamblin and Alvin Gene Hamblin; 4 brothers and 4 sisters.
She is survived by her grandson, Donald Hamblin of OKC; granddaughter, Lorri Purdom and husband John of Stigler, OK; 2 great-grandchildren, Heath Partin and Misty Partin, both of Stigler; brother, Bob Duncan and Pearl’s twin sister, Myrle Janota of OKC.
Pearl loved spending time with friends and family and playing cards, especially SkipBo.
She was a very devoted and long time member of Village Baptist Church in OKC.
Services will be 11:00 am, Saturday, January 8, 2011 at Village Baptist with interment in Kellerby Cemetery in Prague, OK at 2:30 pm.
Services entrusted to the care of Memorial Park Funeral Home of Oklahoma City.
