Phillip was called to his heavenly home to be re-united with is parents, Ira and Virginia Bailey; his brothers, James and Mike Bailey; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, James and Evelyn Miner; and nephew, Jacob Selby.
He leaves behind his wife of 52 years, Sheri Bailey; his daughter and son in-law, Brandi and Mike Aud; son and daughter-in-law, Matthew and Melia Bailey; grandchildren, Evy and Kael Aud, Jett, Price and Berkley Bailey, Shanlee and Tyler Barlett, Tyler and Stephanie Aud; great-grandchildren, Daxton, Aziyah, Gwen, Adley, Brynlee and Maddox; sister-in-law and brother-in-law Shelli and Bart Selby, Irene Bailey and Peggy Bailey; numerous nephews, nieces and extended family.
He will never be forgotten.
A visitation for Phillip will be held Friday, September 5, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Memorial Park Funeral Home, 13313 North Kelley, Oklahoma City, OK 73131. A funeral service will occur Saturday, September 6, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Memorial Park Funeral Home.
