Ruby Lee Felker, age 77, was born March 27 1940, in Hobart, OK to parents Elmore & Nancy Willis. She passed away May 22, 2017, in Oklahoma City. She is survived by her son, Rodney Rice of Oklahoma City; daughter, Tamara Roach of Tyler, Texas; sister, Glenda; and many loving nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
