Sherri Lynn Jackson, 67, passed away on December 2, 2023 in Oklahoma City. She was born on October 18, 1956 to her parents Oran and Rose Marie Gardner. Sherri was a hard working person and dedicated more than 25 years to LabCorp as a client service representative. She had a passion for OU football, enjoyed going to concerts, shopping and gardening. However, one of her favorite things to do was spending time with her husband, Paul. Such a great woman who will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Sherri is finally home with her daughter, Stephanie.
She leaves cherished memories with her husband, Paul Jackson; daughter, Lorie Newman; daughter, Angie Anderson and husband, Wade; grandchildren: Dustin Gibson, Billy Ray Newman, III, Mia Newman, Andrew Maples, and Alyssa Williams; great-grandchildren: Casen Burdine, Layla Newman, Kayne Newman.
A visitation for Sherri will be held Thursday, December 7, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Memorial Park Funeral Home, 13313 North Kelley, Oklahoma City, OK 73131. A funeral service will occur Friday, December 8, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Memorial Park Historic Chapel, 13400 North Kelley, Oklahoma City, OK 73131.
Sherri will be laid to rest in Memorial Park Cemetery, 13400 N Kelly Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73131.
