Susan was born on March 3, 1953, in Gardena, California. She was a woman of strong and unwavering faith, which guided her life, her relationships, and her love for others. Her trust in the Lord was evident in the way she lived—with grace, compassion, and quiet strength.
Above all else, Susan deeply loved her children, who were the greatest joy of her life.
Susan also took pride in her work at L3, where she enjoyed both her job and the people she worked alongside. She valued connection and the friendships she built there over the years.
She is survived by her brother, Doug Welch; her children, Lori MacAdams, Sherri Nehl, and Greg Winkleman. She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Gladys Welch.
Susan’s life was a testament to faith, love, and perseverance. While she will be deeply missed, her family takes comfort in knowing she is now at peace in the presence of her Savior.
