Teresa Lynn Homesley

Teresa was the daughter of Shirley Jones and Frank Welty.

She is survived by her husband Ralph Homesley, 1 child, Dustin Homesley and his wife Autumn and her three grandchildren – Hayden, Lilyan, and Blake. She is also survived by her mother Shirley Jones and two sisters – Donna and Shannon. Her grandchildren were the light of her life and she enjoyed them immensely.

She attended Fairview High School where she graduated and went on to study Accounting at the University of Central Oklahoma. She worked in the field for many years, spending most of her career at William E. Davis which was later purchased by US Foods. She was forced into retirement early due to health issues, but it did not stop her contagious smile and laughter. She was a fighter and continued to live the remaining years of her life surrounded by her family and friends. She will be greatly missed, but we shall rejoice as she is now with her Heavenly Father.

Teresa was a devoted follower of Christ and attended both Life Church, and Holy Trinity Lutheran church. Her favorite things to do were spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren. The family wishes to extend our sincere thanks to the incredible staff at OU Medical Trauma Center their love and devotion to those in their care.

The Celebration of Life Service for Teresa will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, December 11, 2021 at the Memorial Park Historic Cemetery Chapel, 13400 N Kelley Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73131.
