

Zoe Omygene Pipher was born September 7, 1921, in Dallas, TX, to parents William Homer & Pearl J. (Dupree) Ramsey and passed away April 2, 2014. She was raised in Oklahoma City. She married Glen O. Pipher, Sr., March 6, 1946. She worked for the State of Oklahoma in various roles and for many different agencies for 33 years. She was a Sunday school teacher and active church volunteer for over 60 years and received numerous awards for her service. After her retirement, she volunteered for 20 plus years at the Midwest City Senior Citizens Center. Her greatest accomplishments were her marriage, the births of her three sons, many happy holidays with her family, and a special trip to the Holy Land and Europe, where she was able to visit her son and his family in Germany.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband of 40 years, Glen Sr.; sons, Glen Jr. and Bill; daughter-in-law, Gisela; and sister, Martha & Fred Ratliff. She is survived by her son, Mark & Susan Pipher; daughter-in-law, Deanne Pipher; 9 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandson; and many other family members and friends.
Viewing will be at Memorial Park Funeral Home from 4pm to 8pm, Friday. Funeral services will be 2pm, Saturday, April 5, 2014, at Memorial Park Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
