Adela Santiago, 88 years young, of Orlando, Florida, passed away on January 2nd, 2019. She was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico on May 29th 1930. She was married to Raul Santiago on April 7th, 1956 in Bronx, New York. She was a member of Crucillita, a part of the Catholic Church. She loved to cook for her family and care for her children. She was a humble woman who enjoyed making her home a welcoming place to family and friends, so much so that she was a foster parent for many years. She also visited the sick, praying with them, and spent time with them to encourage healing. She loved to listen to all genres of music. She enjoyed singing in the choir in Church and was a very religious woman. She is survived by her children, Ivette Del Carpio, Raul Santiago, Jr., and Evelyn Valentin; her grandchildren, Raul Scarmack, Priscilla Geesey, Jennifer Santiago, Venessa Del Carpio, Anthony Michael Santiago, and Brittany Marie Santiago; her great-grandchildren, Janeisa Kaylin Sullivan, Jazlyn Ava Cabell, Khloe Malia King, Xavier Liam King, and Zachary William Geesey.
