She was born in Villalba, Puerto Rico on November 24, 1939. Carmin was married to Jose Luis Melendez and a member of Blessed Trinity Church.
She is survived by her children Carlito, Bertico, and Hiram. Her 10 Grandchildren and 9 Great Grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at Baldwin Fairchild at Chapel Hill, 2420 Harrell Road, Orlando, FL 32817, US, on August 2, 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm, followed by a Funeral Service at the same location on August 2, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm.
A Committal Service will take place at Chapel Hill Cemetery, 2400 HARRELL RD, ORLANDO, FL 32817, US, on August 2, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.
