David William Barrett

Dave was a skilled mechanic who took great pride in his work. Stubborn at times but always passionate, he poured his heart into every job and was known for giving his all in everything he did. Working on cars wasn’t just a career—it was one of his greatest joys.

Outside of work, Dave loved fishing, camping, racing, and mostly loving his dogs. He loved spending time doing the things that brought him happiness.

Dave was a friend to all who knew him. He was caring, loyal, and always willing to lend a helping hand. His devotion to Rhonda was unwavering, and she was truly the center of his world. He cared deeply for her and worked hard to provide and support her in every way he could.

Family meant everything to Dave. He was a caring brother to his sister Norma and was a proud father of David, Jason, Josh and the 7 grand children they have. He lovingly embraced Rhonda’s children and grand child as his own, sharing with them the same love, guidance, and support that he gave his own sons.

Dave will be remembered for his strong work ethic, generous heart, passion for life, and deep love for his family. He leaves behind countless memories that will be cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Though he will be deeply missed, his spirit will live on in the lives he touched and the love he shared.

Visitation will be held at Baldwin Fairchild at Chapel Hill, 2420 Harrell Road, Orlando, FL 32817, on June 14, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Baldwin Fairchild at Chapel Hill, 2420 Harrell Road, Orlando, FL 32817, on June 14, 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.
